As you know from our previous blog post, NCT and ACM have merged into one powerhouse payment solutions company called United Tranz*Actions, or simply UTA for short.

While we will be embarking soon upon a complete integration of the two companies’ websites into one, a landing page has been launched in the meantime that explains the merger, provides information on both companies, and displays what the new brand will look like.

The official name change will become effective on May 1, 2010.
